Before starting the treatment, make sure you tell your health care provider if you are currently taking paroxetine, MAO inhibitors, vitamins, fluoxetine, insulin, medications for weight loss, guanethidine, sertraline, depression meds, of fluvoxamine, as some of those meds can cause interactions and make your treatment with this drug less efficient. Mild side effects are possible and quite common, especially at the beginning of your treatment. The following ones are considered to be mild: dry mouth, insomnia, dizziness, itching, diarrhea, feeling nervous or anxious, constipation, and headache. More serious side effects, such as heart palpitations, chest pain, increased blood pressure, restlessness, tremor, dizziness, dizziness, shortness of breath, insomnia, and swelling of the legs and ankles, need to be reported to your doctor.
